Ill tell you everything you need to make your own custom rims for cheap.

1 Go to Autozone
2 Buy scotchbrite and brake cleaner
3 Buy you color of metalic paint make sure to get your clear coat as well
4 Use the scotchbrite and brake cleaner to get all the dirt off and prim it
5 at at least 4 coats of rim paint let dry and apply clear caot.

And your done see picture for final job.
